Excellent product. The switch is super compact and the auto-toggle functionality works great. If you have two HDMI devices and the first one is powered on, the switch will toggle over to the second device when the second device powers up. When the second device powers down, the switch toggles back to device #1. Also has a manual button if you want to override the auto-device selection. LEDS indicate which device is selected. The device powers off the HDMI input signal.

This product is well worth every penny! I've found HDMI switches with similar functionality in stores that are a lot more pricier. Would definitely recommend this product.

I have a TV that has a single HDMI input port. Unfortunately, if you want to use multiple accessories utilizing HDMI cables you are required to plug in the desired accessory each time you wanted to use the device. With this switch I was able to hook up a Blue Ray player and PVR to the switch that was connected to the single HDMI port on my TV. The beauty of the switch is that it recognizes which device is in use and automatically switches the signal to the correct device. Simple plug and play technology and it met all of my needs.
Does the job and works like a charm. Only time will tell if it is durable.

It works fine but the fact that it's suppose to switch automaticly for the latest open device is not true, you have to push the button to switch between the different device.

Otherwise, works fine...

The switch here does exactly what I wanted it to do with a few very slight ommissions that I can fix RedGreen style.

Pros:
It's very small! It takes up roughly 2"x2", so it can be placed anywhere and fit comfortably.
The automatic switching is good. I turn on my PS3 and my dual-screen PC setup automatically switches to one screen, while the big HD monitor switches to my PS3.
Manual switching can be done by pressing a button on the device. It's big and clicky, not flimsy and I'd assume it wouldn't break after periodic use. It's a sturdy, tiny device.

Cons:
The blue light showing the device is in use is useless and very bright. I hide it behind my monitor and it lights up the wall behind it. Though that isn't the end of the world, it's just a slip of duct-tape away from being ignored.
The automatic switching is SLOW. I'm not sure if it's my monitor, my PS3, or this device, but I have to wait 5-10 seconds for switches to occur.

Neutral:
The box doesn't come with a cable attached for the output. This is bad in that I have to buy an extra HDMI cable in order to use the device, but good in the sense that you can attach longer-reaching cables to both the input and output.

Overall it's a solid device that I enjoy using. Its shortcomings are small and what works, works well. I'd buy this again if I had to choose between HDMI switches.

I like the size and the fact that it works unlike the other one I bought. I love the auto switching too!

Does what it's supposed to. Basically gives you 2 extra HDMI plugins. It's very small. As you can see in the pictures, it's just over 3 hdmi plug widths squared. So that's good in the sense it doesn't take up much room. However, it is light, so if you want the box to sit on something, you might have to get creative. I'm fine leaving it dangle personally.

Keep in mind the switch is dependent upon the HDMI ports for getting power, so some devices may have to be turned on and off to get them to supply power to the unit.

The blue light can be distracting but you can always stash it behind your TV.

Also no cables included, so make sure you have an extra cable to connect this to your display device.

Bottom line: It does what it's supposed to do and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

The HDMI switch was good for the most part but would not work with my XBOX 360. It seems to work well with everything else. Great size.

Great product for a great price. Really happy with it so far and what really impressed me was that it came to me 3 days after I placed the order.

Now that I have this, I am able to switch between consoles and blu-rays without the hassle of buying a new tv with more ports.
