I bought the wii fit plus about a month ago and fell in love with it. It is great to work out with and doesn't even feel like a workout. I have caught myself getting a warning an hour into the workout to take a break and haven't realized that I had been at it that long. Definietly worth the money.

Since getting the Wii Fitness Plus, I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. It's alot of fun and can work out with my 2 year old daughter around.

Good product, works as expected. May require some motivation. Use it, you know, whenever. This form requires six more words.

Came in black, but the sales pictures was white. I like the black, but i should have been told up front.

Bon jeu, mais on fait vite le tour. Le degré de difficulté est assez réduit. J'aurais dû acheter son concurrent.

This game is awesome! A little balance is following you throughout your work out and it gives you random advice about how to eat well, what working out gives you, etc.
Also, there is specific exercices for what you want to improve (lose weight, reinforce muscles, etc.)
There is about 50 different games and some of them are quite hard!!
I also learned about my internal balance and this helps me to sit and walk with a better posture. I recommend this game for everyone who doesn't have the motivation to work out and wish to get in better health!

A little pricy but worth it for the use you will get out of it.
easy to follow exercises , some to hard for seniors, a lot of fun for the whole family.

Although I haven't been through all the programs yet I thoroughly enjoy the Wii Fit Plus. Not only are the games fun, but you can feel the results the next day.
I am in my early 50's and have no problem doing any of the exercises or playing any of the balance games. I really believe it could be beneficial to all ages and I am recommending it to my mother who is in her late 70's.

We are happy with the Wii console and games (Wii sports). Also we bought wii fit plus set recent, and have been very much satisfied. The frequency of usage is more than we expected. Visiting friends also enjoyed playing them.

We're using the Wii Fitness package and the board is amazing. We both (seniors) need to work on our balance, and the sensitivity of the board, along with the excellent programming, offers us a convenient and fun way to improve our balance and fitness. I highly recommend the board & Fit Plus programs for both light aerobic and balance games that are easy for novices and that grow in difficulty as you progress. They aren't too childish for adults, and the balance board gives first-rate feedback on posture, balance, and speed of movement.
