This is a quality film with high production values and a decent plot. Andy Lau's acting shines as usual, and the supporting cast play their roles believably.

There is an error with the product details, however. There is no Cantonese audio. The only available audio is in Mandarin or English.

I purchased this DVD based on my enjoyment of the movie "Red Cliff". For those of you who haven't seen it, Red Cliff is not Oscar material but it is a solid little film that is fun to watch if you like this genre.

Unfortunately I cannot say the same for "Battle of the Warriors". The script is weak and poorly executed. The biggest problem is the way the film was...

Was a very good film, enjoyed it almost as much as Red Cliffs, hope to see quite a few more of this style and genre in the near future! Very good film!

I purchased this DVD based on my enjoyment of the movie "Red Cliff". For those of you who haven't seen it, Red Cliff is not Oscar material but it is a solid little film that is fun to watch if you like this genre.

Unfortunately I cannot say the same for "Battle of the Warriors". The script is weak and poorly executed. The biggest problem is the way the film was cut. It is obvious that there are pieces missing that would help us better relate to the central characters. The whole thing is just too choppy and it becomes increasingly difficult to care about what is happening on screen.

Take a pass on this one; it's just not worth your time or money.
