When the product arrived it had a flaw in the wheel - it seemed to be heavier on one side - so when the wheel stopped it would scroll back.

Logitech service was good - they diagnosed the problem quickly - my issue was how long it took them to get me a replacement - a whole month - what is that all about. Someone buys a mouse because one needs a mouse then - not a month later.

The process of getting a shipping label (via email), shipping the mouse to the USA, they then need to check it, and then they ship a replacement. It took a month! That I find unacceptable!

I like the mouse - I was replacing an existing one that was getting jumpy.

I was quite upset to receive this product as the mouse showed noticeable sings of ware and tare. The disc is also missing and the mouse does not work without it. This is my 2nd purchase from amazon and I am deeply disappointed with the untrustworthy business they provide.

i love the shape, and it's various buttons. i got it because i strained by right hand, and it's solved my ergonomic problems completely. love it. easy to use and install.

I got this mouse to replace a failing Logitech Marathon, and I was worried that I'd have to charge this one rather frequently. Thankfully, it's held quite a long charge and I haven't had to charge it in about two weeks. It's a little weighty if you have to lift it often, but the way its shaped lets you tilt it instead so you don't have to lift it all the way. The hyperscroll is fun to use.

wanted a mouse that is elegant, functional, ergonomic, reliable. This mouse has provided that plus more. lets first talk about the design: the design looks great, people will compliment you and ask about the mouse. Second functionality, it has four programmable buttons that can be adjusted to your vary need. It also has a hyper scroll wheel that helps when scrolling though large PDF or files, and Its fun to play around with. Third ergonomic, this will probably be the best feeling mouse you'll ever own. my friends the paid a similar amount said that this mouse feels better, they say it "Fits like a glove!". The shape of the mouse also help keeping your hand in a natural position. Lastly reliable, Ive had this mouse for a while now just over a year, with full battery the battery lasts about a week. this mouse you can also take everywhere, if you eating breakfast on a glass table, have no fear because it uses this "Darkfield " technology that allows you to use the mouse on even glass. The mouse also comes with a small package containing power adapter, extension cable for the receiver, and a miniUSB.

I love this mouse. I have big hands so it fits really good. The buttons are customizable and response accurately to my every clicks. Last days before i need to recharge again. Highly recommend this product.

This mouse is super comfortable to use in long period of time. It have a very elegant design to fit perfectly in your hand. It is the most comfortable mouse i have use! It have a lot of great features and customisable buttons. The mouse tracking very well in almost any surface. Although the battery only last one week of use in a single full charge it can be use while charging so that's very convenient. Highly recommend!

The shape is less comfortable compare to its older model MX1100, leaves ring finger and little finger with no support
