Good little spoon,

I purchased this spoon a few months ago and find it well worth the cost. Its not flat but it still works really well for flipping small items in the pan or stirring items in a pot. It rests just above the countertop like the claim is so (unless I leave leave large amts of sauce on the spoon) my counters stay clean! I'll be ordering a few more of these for wedding shower gifts. If I had one critique however, it'd be the varying cost of the product. Some days I'll see it for as low a $6 and then other days its as high as $11. That large of fluctuation never seems quite right to me.

Love this spoon. Great for mixing and serving. Sturdy enough to use for breaking up meat in a pan. Love the elevated head. Comfortable to hold. Nice design.

I like this spoon because the spoon end stays off the table when it sits. The handle is weighted and tilts the spoon end up. Of course, if you leave enough food in the spoon, the spoon will tilt down. I also like the spoon size - medium, good for stirring or serving. It's safe for non-stick cookware, the stove-top and dishwasher. I bought the flexible turner first, then ordered this spoon, the ladle, and the slotted spoon.
