This is a very good product only one thing wrong with it. I would like to have the camera view on at all times,other than it performs well

This product has serious limitations:

1) If the background is much lighter than the person at the door you only see a silhouette. They do not reduce the intensity of the static background scene.
2) The sound volume is very low and it is difficult to hear people at the door, i.e., you have to yell into the microphone to be heard.
3) Note that this product is rated for use in temperatures above -20F, hence its only good for warmer climates. It died, and didn't recover when it warmed up, during my first use in winter when we had -32F.

Adjustments on the monitor provided for 1) and 2) above are inadequate.

The packaging is very good. It arrived on time. I would definitely recommend this product and this seller. The price is reasonable for this product and the quality.
