I use this towel for hot yoga, it has stood up to washes and the abuse of being a floor mat (on top of my mat) in bikram yoga. The towel does what it is advertised as. Get this over any lululemon towel (Manduka actually makes the ones for Lululemon last time I checked)

I have a few Manduka Equa towels. The moss color is a few inches shorter than the 72" that it's supposed to be. The color still bleeds after a few washes. I also have the towel in Capri, the color did not run for this one. This towel is a few inches longer than 72".
Other than the length this great for hot yoga. I tend to sweat a lot and need a bath towel by the end of the class so it's not too squishy.

The towel is great when you are dripping sweating. I have used it when I was sweating very little, but my hands were sliding. I have sprayed a bit of water using a spray bottle prior to yoga practice and it seems to work great. The towel dries pretty fast, so I had the spray bottle by myside.
This is a great towel for hot yoga or very vigorous yoga practice, but for relaxation yoga not recomended.

Great towel, I have a few if these now and the hand towels are also worth the money! I will be buying another.

Love this mat. It gives you lots of traction and really sticks to the floor. No need for a towel. Has a film on it from the factory that needs to be scrubbed off but there are lots of guides online for the process. Highly recommended.
