I had seen new Moon on Friday, and I think both Twilight and New Moon are both very good adaptations of the Stephenie books; I am not one to take sides. And I did not like some of the negativity on the two films from some fans of the original novel series; nor on Kirsten Steward as Bella, she's alright.

The film starts on Bella's 18th birthday, who had just woke up from a premonition-type dream of her and Edward Cullen: She came running out of the woods, and now she is in a clearing. Across from her is an old lady, whom she thought was her grandma. The Edward came out of the woods, and she tells him "Don't she might see you." But as she introduce "grandma" to Edward, she kind of made a discovery - The old woman is her! The dream was telling her that Edward couldn't possibly love her as an old spinster. And despite her judgment at school, The Cullens throw Bella a birthday party that night. But when she cut herself unwrapping a birthday present, the scent of her blood drove newcomer Jasper crazy! And as a result of the danger Bella was put through last night, the Cullen family decide to leave Forks.

Bella tries to convince Edward that she couldn't live without him and she wants to go with him. But Edward wouldn't hear of it and he can't stay with her anymore, stating, "You're not good for me." Then he asks her to promise him that she will not do anything reckless, for Charlie's sake, and in return he promises her she will never see him again. Don't judge Edward too harshly, he is doing this for her own good.

At first Bella feels her life is over, and even tries to do adrenaline-rushing stunts to get Edward out of her mind; until she spends time with childhood friend, Jacob Black. But as usual for Bella, things aren't what they seem. Something is happening to Jacob that he can't explain to Bella, and their friendship starts to deteriorate. That's all I could tell you folks, you will have to see the film for yourself how it ends. My last word is that this film is awesome! And perfect to go with Twilight.

It is an absolutely amazing movie, it was better than the first one (because they had way more money for it obviously). The movie fallows the book pretty accurately actually. I would recommend any person who loves a good love story to get this movie, if you are looking for a good vampire movie, this is not it.

sorry , but this franchise has taken the crappy movie genre , to a whole new level .
this movie is mostly for people who has already red the books. i am eager to see in 10 to 15 years when all
the little girls who have adored this movie , will watch it again when they grow older , only to realize that it's pure crap.

Few people who lived through the Great Irish Potato Famine will ever forget it; the same holds true for this movie.

I thought the movie Twilight was alright. But New Moon is a much better movie. It is a different director which I think has made a world of improvement. I thought in Twilight everything had a green hue to it. In New Moon, things are colourful. Bella actually looks pretty in this movie and doesn't look like a ghost! Just my thoughts!

This is an awesome story, written by Stephenie Meyer. It follows the book very closely. The love story of this vampire and human is very moving. The special effects to make Jacob become a werewolf is incredible; these young actors portray their storybook characters wonderfully!

went to see it the first day it came i loved it.but i say its shoud be rated 14A though.i seen it 7 times i will say it was the best vampire movie in my time
