The item shipped is only spy ware without antivirus! so be aware!!, July 30 2010

The item shipped to me was not Webroot Antivirus with Spy Sweeper 3-User 2010 and instead I was shipped just Webroot Spy Sweeper 3-User 2010 which is without anitvirus option and after weeks of waiting period and informing Amazon about the wrong item shipped to me and I asked for replacement then to my surprise I was told by Amazon that they will refund my money after I send them back the item I received and I was told that this item is not available with them whereas the same item is showing at Amazon.ca site at mush higher cost. I still did not got the rfund because it will take few weeks for them to get the item back from me and then they will refund me money. It is not just matter of money i wanted to install antivirus with spy ware on my computers but this is the first time I have this bad experience with Amazon.ca because this item is directly sent by Amazon and not by Amazon users or customers.
