I got this set during an Amazon one-day sale and it is totally worth the price I paid. We have all of these on DVD and have an upconverting DVD player, so I got to play both versions back-to-back. By far, the biggest difference is in the sound! The stage is full and imaging is pretty much perfect. As for the visual portion, I noticed a difference in the first movie, but less between the newer titles.

As for the movies themselves, they are watchable over and over. Damon is excellent in these flicks and the supporting casts are top notch. Action sequences are great and you can tell that the effects folks did the bulk of the work in the real world, instead of CGI. I love the times that I have found friends who have not seen the trilogy before, just so I can watch with them.

This is one of the most exciting trilogies ever, so I was super excited when I saw this product advertised. The movies are as good as I remember them to be. I am not sure if they did some remastering or not, but Disc 1 and 3 have good quality - almost HD. Disc 2 is a bit disappointing though, I thought I was back in VCR time. I'm still glad I got it though, because the price was really a good deal.

I never watched the original Bourne trilogy before, so this was a must especially because it was on sale. great series
of action movies, maybe a few too many chase scenes. if you're a fan of action blockbusters with espionage and government affairs at its heart, then this is a must buy.

The box set is made of 3 thin blu-ray cases... there are a few bonus features on each film, but overall you only get the 3 plain movies.

The positive points is that is was cheap when I bought it and there are no commercial when before the movies.

Matt Damon is the perfect Jason Bourne. This young actor is just not a "star" but has some acting chops.
This trilogy should be watched in order of release date as the plots carry on from movie to movie.

I have watched the Bourne movies many times on DVD. The Blu-Ray is a definate upgrade and much more enjoyable. Not a lot of special features in this package but I'm not a feature freak so its all good with me

I generally do not like action films (Jane Austen novels made into movies are more to my taste), but I happened to see the first and the third in the Bourne series and was drawn in by the character of Jason Bourne. He has a soul--and something of a conscience--and I was intrigued by his persistent sadness; I wanted him to survive and escape and find peace, which he does.

The action was frighteningly real and compelling and very, very violent, but I needed to know what happened to Bourne, and that's what kept me watching, and perhaps other women not inclined toward this genre will too.

Keep it why should I give you 54 dollars when it's 39 in the U.S?
On a different note 2 of those movies sell for 12 dollars in stores, that's how old this product is now.

my original concern was that the discs would not play in my region but all 3 discs played fine.
only issue would be second and third discs have a darker picture.

Obviously this trilogy is awesome but when I purchase a movie outright I do not expect to have to skip through previews every time I want to watch it. Lame.
