This product works great! I even bought one for my Mom. The heat feature works well at relaxing muscles and the massage heads are placed in good spots (for me and my husband). If you move it around you get all the parts of your neck and draping it over your shoulder does a great job too!

This is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. It's not going to get rid of any serious knots in your neck, but it will help to prevent them in the first place. Plus, if you swing this thing over your shoulders, you can target your traps really nicely as well.
