The notebook looked good and did everything that we wanted it to do for about 3 weeks. Then, after a few loading problems, came the dreaded blue screen. However, I was able to talk with HP support right away and after a few diagnostic tests it was apparent that the hard drive or even the mother board had failed. I guess these things do happen. Following the tests, I was very impressed by the manner in which my situation was handled by HP and their procedures to get it fixed and get it back to me.
