This is the 'too controversial for Fox' episode: Lois agrees to be a surrogate mother, then the pregnancy takes a U-turn.
Thoughtful, but anyone sitting on the fence about this issue would not be watching Family Guy!
Despite some DVD extras, this is too expensive as a stand-alone, and hopefully would be included in the next season collection. However, there's a brief scene with Brian and Quagmire that's worth your 22 minutes.

I found it very strange that they would only release only one episode and put it on its own disc. They claimed it was banded from TV but I would have to say that I didn't find it any of it different than any other episode; I don't know why they did that. It was fun to watch but its like, $10 to watch just one episode. I don't know why they just don't put it on the season disc. I hope that is not the wave of the future for them. Knowing what I know now, that it is only one ' hour show, I wouldn't have bought the disc.

It's like any Family Guy episode but they touch on a controversial topic.
Not really worth the splurge unless you feel it's a must see.

I can see why this episode wasn't shown on TV. We really enjoyed it, and it pushed the boundaries like usual. Laughed our @sses off! I'm glad to have it in our collection
