This little MP3 player for kids is durable and my 3 year old grandson won't let go of it. It goes everywhere with him. There was a hick-up with the ordering and receiving of my item, but we took care of it. The issue on my part was no communication from the seller and that is a very important part of being a seller. Thank you for a wonderful item and making my grandson happy..
