I held off for quite some time, but recently went for it and ordered the vinyl box set. I started with John Wesley Harding in order to hear tracks I had never had in mono. From the beginning I knew this set was going to be gold. I've had this album in stereo since it came out in 1968. I can honestly say I've never heard it like this. Charlie McCoy's bass jumps out and the whole sound is so tight. Next up is Blonde on Blonde. Looking forward to working through the whole set. If you really like Dylan, you've got to get the monos. If you don't have a turntable, I guess the cds will be almost as good.
