These things keep your arm a little warmer and makes you feel more stable.
Had Tennis Elbow (from playing basketball and working out... so basketball elbow??) and these things made me "feel" more safe. Probably didn't have a practical medical purpose but it was good to know that if I landed hard on my elbow, there was padding on it so that my injury wouldn't become worse. Nice sleeve to have.

For the price its great though it sucks it doesn't come as a pair. This so far works great, stops me from getting carpet burn.

The sleeve has a hole in it already after 3 weeks of wear. A little disappointed, the material needs to be more durable.

I recently bought the Mcdavid Hexpad power shooter arm sleave, im 6"2 and this product fights my arm great. It keeps the muscles tight and slows down the muscle exhaustion and prevents my elbow from scrap, bumps, and bruises on the court.

Using it for dodgeball. I think it's a great product except sometimes the elbow padding gets in the way when I bend my arm and the stitches leave an uncomfortable feeling after a long time of wearing it (noticed after 2 hours).
