I've been doing P90X for over a month now and recently I acquired this product. With this and the resistance bands you'll be able to have a much greater variety in terms of Chest/Back exercises as an alternative to using Chin-up bars. This has been a great addition to my workout gears, and the built quality makes me believe that it'll last a long time.
