I watched the above DVD but could not get into what it is all about, one of these days
I will try and watch it again, I feel it would be more for the younger people.

I bought this because it was a better price than what iTunes is for the digital copy ($19.99).

BUT I received it yesterday (June 2) and tried to redeem the digital copy and it is expired as of May 26/11. DISAPPOINTING that it isn't noted on the description.

On the flipside, fantastic movie. BluRay played without any problems.

I'm going against the grain on this one. I watched this film with some friends and we all thought it was ridiculous. I'm not against fantasy or science fiction, but the plot seemed so far fetched we just could not take anything seriously. If I was 14 I would probably think this was a great film. I suspect that is the age of the indended audience anyway. However, I'm glad so many people liked the film.

As an action thriller, the movie isn't bad. As an attempt to explore the concept of entering other people's dreams and answering that age old question of the relationship between dreams and reality, I think it is a failure. No one dreams like this. Many movies have portrayed dreams in a very effective way. I am thinking of "The Science of Dreams," for example. This one cannot resist the opportunity of showing off Hollywood's special effects prowess, and this destroys any believability. And guns and explosions and car crashes and everything. Does anyone really dream like that? Considering Christopher Nolan's previous movies, I expected better.

I did not buy the Blue Ray version because i am sure another version will come out later with more extras in it.With the success this movie got , this version is really an anti-climax , no deleted scene ,no commentaries, no behind the scenes footage , no special effects doc,bad french actors dub to top it all up .After buying the latest Avatar version this one is a downer, shame on you Warner Bros.

The case that held the Blu-ray disc was broken inside and the plastic wrap that held the cover was ripped.
Not sure if it was damaged during shipping or defected to begin with.

The movie was good though.
