I was pleasantly surprised when I set the GPS for golf and found my small course listed. The GPS is quite accurate for shot length, and I have been able to be more consistent with the=is device. The Garmin S1 Approach is an excellent watch/golf GPS.

This is a great little item. It is accurate and because you can wear it on the wrist it doesn't get in the way and
you can forget about it. It also keeps good time off of the course. I also have a Sky caddie which I no longer use because of the mandatory annual GPS fee.

Easy to use and very accurate. It is a good tool to assist with correct club selection. Have tried on one course in Canada and one in the US and GPS watch located both courses quickly.

Disappointed on how you must recharge after every round and the cumbersome charging method. On the plus side, it is a watch so it is easily accessible.

A friend of mine had bought this watch. We both have sky caddies and when I saw his I said I got to get me one of those. It is so easy to use and no messing around with it while you golf.

This watch is great on the course. You tend to get lazy and rely on the watch for all distances. Your golf game is much quicker as you are not looking for markers etc.If you play unfamiliar courses that is when the watch is the greatest. Also very easy to use.

I bought this item for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. Hasn't used it yet for golf as golf season hasn't started, but is presently using it as a daily watch. Would recommend this product.
Golf season started. My husband at times has a hard time downloading where he is playing. When it does work though he loves it. My husband is not a techie...
