I quite enjoyed this series. Hard to believe such roads exist and are used to such an extent. Have a new respect for Rich Yemm, was impressed with his kindness to the local children. I think Lisa should have left her dog at home and should have kept her spotter. There was no need to take such chances and involve the other drivers. I couldn't believe that Alex would even consider going there in the first place. His experience was driving in isolation. He did the right thing to go home. The guy from the south was pretty cool. Am giving the video as a gift and will borrow it back to watch again.

Not a bad video, too much of the same thing for me, but my husband is happy with it, that's what matters, as it was his choice.

Deathliest roads Yungas,Bolivia: I am European, living for 7 years in Bolivia, knowing these roads very well and have never seen anyhing less stupid sold as documentary. The producers sent US-truckdrivers to Latin America, who have no understanding of foreign cultures, about truck driving in the mountains, who represent the scum of the US-society. These guys sell themselves as heros, use roads that are used by Bolivian truck drivers everyday without making a great deal out of it. Fortunately I know that there are also other US-Americans out in this world, not only these barbaric, uncultivated, ignorant RAMBOS! This show is the worst possible advertising for US culture.

I downloaded a few episodes a few months back and was excited to hear that it was being released on Blu-Ray. This show is insane and gives the watcher a glimpse into another world. Yes, I mean another "world", lol. I have alot of respect for these drivers who risked their lives to prove that no road was too hard. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys Ice Road Truckers.
