The Whoopie Pie Pan has a nice, solid feel to it. Not at all flimsy. The non-stick finish works very well. I use the pan to make bread buns, cookies, salmon patties, potatoe patties, etc. I like the fact that the cooked products come out with a uniform round shape, adding a pleasant aesthetic advantage to what could otherwise be a rather ordinary meal.
