Received product in record time and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and customer service received. The ink that I received works well in my Pixma MX870.It is rare that I can rate a product and seller this well so far. Ordered another 2 packages.

Only 3 of the ten I bougth worked. Could't get the printer to accept them. I suppose the chips are the problem.

My general complaint regarding third-party ink is that it leaves the sheet wet, making it harder to print duplex, and that colours are not quite so vibrant. So far I have only used the pigment black, and at least as far as that one ink goes, the colour is about the same as far as I can tell (I compare side by side), though the page is visibly soggier after printing too much black in one place, and it takes longer to dry. I also noticed that the cartridge itself is not quite so well molded as it sticks out of the printer a little compared to the Canon-made ones, though it does not pop out. Some people are complaining about leaking cartridges, but the one I handled didn't leak when I broke its seals. This is a common problem with cartridges that have been filled and not allowed to drain the excess: usually leaving them to drain on a paper towel for a few minutes fixes it. I noticed the printer didn't complain about non-original or refilled cartridge, and it did read the ink level: that's a nice touch, whoever programmed the chip on the cartridge did a good job. I got what you pay for: this is sub-par ink for a fifth of the price of the original one. Canon's ink might be overpriced, but this ink is exactly what I paid for it: cheap. The ink is not made by Canon, is not made specifically for Canon printers, and probably not precisely calibrated to the same colours. This is good enough for me, but I wouldn't dream of printing photos with this ink. Will probably buy again, provided I get consistently acceptable behaviour from the other cartridges. EDIT: 1 month in: the cyan cartridge just went into the printer: there was no leaking at all, and color looks okay on the page. The pigment black one is performing admirably, though all the points above still hold.

Works well in my Pixma 870 at only a fraction of the original product price. I'm now ordering it for the 3rd time.

Compatible avec mon imprimante pixma. Les couleurs sortent normalement et ne coulent pas. Bref, je rachète ce produit régulièrement. Grosse économie.

I tested the 220 and 2 of 221. All recognized by the printer. My other cartridges are not empty yet so didn't have the chance to test the whole set. 3 out of 5 so far is good. My wife did a print last night and it came out well. My only reservation is that I can't tell the quality of the ink and whether it is going to last as long as the original Canon cartridge (which we all know don't last long anyway).Issues worth pointing out and they were mentioned by others: 1. it does take almost a month to get to Toronto. 2. a bit of ink leaking out when you first open the cartridge. No big deal. Overall satisfied given the price.
