I bought this kettle for my parents, and have since bought one for other loved ones it was that good!
Quick, easy to clean, looks great, and most importantly: it does NOT drip. :)

I highly recommend this kettle.

I absolutely love my new kettle. Its really good. If I had any complaint about it, it would be that the min amount of water is alot.

I love this Black and Decker kettle. Love how the lid opens easily and closes just as easily. Comes quickly to a boil. Easy to clean. Looks nice in the kitchen with the chrome and black..matches my toaster.

This kettle is VERY loud when boiling water, and also takes forever to boil! Worst of all, it started rusting inside and at the external rim!

Terrible product, very disappointed with black and decker.

I bought this as a gift for my mother and had wanted to purchase a stainless steel product, which I expected would last longer than the cheap plastic ones. This product far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Mom uses it everyday and has no complaints, which let me tell you, is a huge feat. She always has something to say... lol It's quick and convenient, no need to mess with pots and the stove to boil water. Great product and highly recommend!

Bought this for my dad. Have heard nothing but rave reviews.
Doesn't drip, quick boil, looks great, auto shut-off, feels good.

Très bruyante comme bouilloire et l'eau prend du temps à devenir chaude, Les taches d'eau sont très visibles sur le fini stainless.

Very noisy and slow to boil.

I have stopped buying any Black and Decker product due to the lack of quality control. The temperature thermostat is often not working or it spikes ruining whatever you were trying to . when you finally get ahold of the customer service which are very nice they send you another of the product you had. The second didn't work any better.

On a separate note --the first item on this page, the customer is going to save .03 yes that's right three cents. You have got to be kidding me. Is this just to grab your audiences attention and hope they don't notice they are going to SAVE .03 cents.

It works fine. Doesn't take long to boil water. The blue light is bright enough that you won't miss on button. It make lots of noise.

I bought this kettle two months ago and got few spots of rust already! Very disapointed in this product and B&D!
