I really liked this DVD. I am a BIG Seane Corn fan, and I found Katheryn equally engaging. Watch the DVD first, she does go a little fast if you aren't used to her termanology. The program can make you sweat, her positve nature is uplifting. If nothing, else her 10 min workshop to advance your program is well worth the purchase... I accomplished my first head stand.

Love this workout. Stretches you and gets you sweaty -- when you do this yoga, it's like you're celebrating your body.
