February 2012. This DVD has some excellent exercises for dealing with bad knees and for preventative exercises to keep your knees healthy. If there is a problem for new users of the DVD it may be that she sometimes moves quite quickly from exercise to exercise so you should have your remote handy to hit the pause button as you are first learning the exercises. One aspect of the DVD which might put some people off is she uses therapy balls for a few of the exercises which aren't included with the DVD. You can quite easily improvise if you don't want to order the therapy balls from her by using tennis balls or something similar. I think this DVD is of great value and I liked her style of instruction so much that I ordered other DVDs from Jill's Yoga Tuneup series.

Update Feb 2013. I've had this DVD for a year now and still find it a valuable resource. I recently had knee surgery and I find the exercises on this DVD very helpful in my recovery. I am upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

The disk was defective several of the section wouldn't play. The one section that would required an additional purchase of massage balls to use.
