I bought Magellan Roadmate 2136T-LM GPS during Christmas sales for $99. Free Lifetime Traffic alert did not work in Canada. The main reason I selected this GPS was its lifetime traffic alert. Neither the saler amezon.ca nor the maker Magellan.com told the buyer that lifetime traffic alert was available only in the USA, not in Canada. Because its graphic and text sizes were a little to small, when I attached the GPS to car windshield I had quite difficulty to read the GPS text and graphics clearly. Its displayed "0.2" kilometers instead of "200" meters. A "200" meters would be easier to see than a "0.2" at a relatively far distance. And there was no self-select setting to allow me to amplify the text or the navigating graphics. My old Garmin GPS graphics was much more clear. On the good side was it appeared that this Magellan GPS gave more accurate positioning than my old Garmin device, which I bought 1 year and 3 months ago for $155 Canadian.

very easy to set up and use, don't even need to open up manual, just plug it in and it prompts you, I like sound it makes when you are about to reach destination; this is second Magellan gps I purchased.
