Performs as it should, installed easily. Shipped quickly, not from some far away land. Was well packaged. So far so good... I've been disappointed by other sellers with reliability. So far, that's not the case here.

Installed without a hitch once I figured out how to remove the touch screen. The tools worked as described and were definitely needed.

Was pleased to get this worked flawless 5 stars came by standard mail took around 7 days ...

Tools that came with it suck tho buy a metal spudger.

The kit is amazingly packaged with you need to repair the glass and LCD uncluding the tools down to the adhesive to glue it back.

For this price it's the BEST deal by far

For anyone interested in ordering this LCD screen, it says 2nd Generation LCD screen in the title but it also works perfectly in an 8GB iPod Touch 3rd Generation (but not with higher memory 3rd Gen versions).

I bought this LCD from a third-party seller, paired it with an iPod touch 2nd generation digitizer touch screen already assembled with midrame, adhesive AND Home button. (with tools), and installed them in my broken 8GB 3rd Gen and it now looks and works as good as new.

First off, the package took much longer than expected for delivery. Maybe it was just Canada Post. However, when it finally arrived, the LCD had scratches on it and it was damaged! They used a basic bubble-wrapped envelope and another little bubble-wrap bag to protect the LCD. This is simply not enough packaging to properly protect a rather fragile LCD from shipping and handling!

I also suspect the LCD was not new since, aside from the noticeable damage due to too much pressure being applied to the screen, there were numerous scratch marks on it. The LCD was enclosed in a wrapped albeit not sealed bag, it shouldn't have received the scratches during shipping so I believe the scratches was there prior to shipping.

I received my part one week after I ordered it. I installed it with the help of a video on You Tube. Now my Ipod looks like it did the day I got it.
