I am a HUGE fan of Jillian Michaels and her quick work out videos, but have to admit that I was pretty disappointed with this one. I've done the 30 day Shred and the Ripped in 30, both with great results. But I was looking for a new work out, and thought that this sounded like the next step up. Well, this one had way too much yoga and kick boxing in it, and not enough of the circuit weight training that I was hoping it would be. I wish I'd had a chance to see the work outs before I spent the money on this video. I prefer the straight forward weight lifting moves that don't take a lot of thinking. Some of the poses, moves and combinations in this vidoe were a bit complicated for the work out that come out of them. I must disclaim that statement by admitting that my coordination is sub par at best; but I found that by the time I really understood what a few of the moves were, they were over. Quite honestly, this just wasn't my cup of tea. I would recommend utubing this one before you spend the money on it.
