I regret buying this product. I thought it would make using the Playbook easier but it does not. All I get to do is type two letters and the product freezes and stops working. The keys are soft so it makes it difficult to use. When I looked into returning it I found out I may need to pay a restocking fee and the cost of shipping it back. I am super disappointed in the product and using Amazon to purchase it, next time I will go to a store where I can ask more questions and return it if there is a problem.

This product is a piece of junk. The Bluetooth connectivity hangs on you after every 5 words you type. And reconnected after at least 20 seconds. Sometimes it hung up twice in a row. It means you are doing nothing and just staring at the screen for 1 minute. It doesnot have full keyboard and the keys are at different places than a normal keyboard.

I was planning to use it at work, taking notes during the meetings and to make minor changes on Word To Go or Sheet To Go.

The protection also covers the border of the screen, giving you very small space to slide and switch between different programmes/apps

In short DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!

Product looks great and would have been an excellent accessory. But it does not work. 9 out of 10 you can not get the keyboard to connect. I purchased 2 of them and neither one works. Definitely will be returning.NOT happy at all!

I misunderstood the information on the website and thought I was buying the Blackberry Playbook keyboard not an after market product. It doesn't have the same features as the Blackberry keyboard hence the cheaper price.

le clavier est merveilleux, très simple d'utilisation se connecte facilement avec la tablette. la batterie dure amplement longtemps entre les charges. lorsque je ne l'utilise pas juste a mettre le bouton a OFF. la seule chose pourquoi cette étui/clavier n'est pas parfait c'est que pour tenir la tablette en place il y a des supports noir qui l'entoure. or celui du bas et du haut bloque partiellement la possibilité de faire des commandes a partir de la bande tactile horizontale (glissé vers le haut ou vers le bas)sinon ceux latérale sont parfaites car elles on une ouverture pour les haut-parleurs

This case and keyboard works great. The only issue I have had is that the USB port is upside down and a little tight to plug into for some reason. Other than that, works great.

Do not waste your money buying this useless product.the only thing you can use here is the case.very disappointing.not worth the money and time ordering this.

Great product, the keyboard feels nice, it was easy to connect and it never fails. A must have for all Playbook users.

nice item worked straight out of the box, easy to connect, seems to be well made as well.
only issue is with Canada Post - they took forever to deliver. Seller was quick to respond to my request for a tracking search their follow up was done within hours.

I've had this keyboard for a little over a month, and no one I know can get it to connect to any device, Blackberry or Ipad. It seems to charge okay, the pairing light goes on, but nothing more. Since I'm in N.Z. I won't be returning it. It's been a waste of money.
