I never do reviews but before i bought this product i decided to write a review on this website as when i was looking for one there was nothing.It helps others when they are buying stuff like this. Anyways I started using it last Wednesday Apr 18,2012, its been a week and haven't seen any major results so far, will update if see any results in future. Note i have been eating very healthy and going to the gym 4 times a week so don't know if my body is going to take longer to start working with this product. All the best to the rest.

Ok I am back, its May 10 2012, Its been 22 days so far and I did not see any extra ordinary results so far, i have lost 1.5 pounds so far which i believe is due to super healthy food and exercise as that's how much i was losing before from last 4 months of diet and exercise.I am still going to finish my 3 month supply though, will see what happens but not happy with the product so far.

Have been eating well(less gluten, less sugar, less processed food) for 4 months now in conjunction with long walks and one hour workouts at least 4 times a week...
Started taking this product a month ago and have noticed it has enhanced the process..weight loss is now at 45 lbs total... I think this product fulfills it's promise when used in conjunction with moderate exercise and a sensible food regimen

I have good results with 2 other products that do work exceptionally well. This SUNN Herbal is a white crystalline powder with no pink colour or taste or smell as evident in the products that did work. My diet is the same on all four products I tried and is extremely low carb as that is the only way to be primarily in fat burning mode.
I did not do exercise, so I am certain that if a person did suddenly do exercise while taking this, then the weight loss would be from the extra exercise. Instead, I used a level playing field and compared the products under the same conditions. In fact, I have not even lost weight on this even without eating even solid food for three days, so it definitely is a scam. I've even tried two per day, for a few days recently, on an empty stomach, as directed and still it has no effect.
Since it is supposed to be an aromatic compound from raspberries that should be in this, the fact that it is so white and devoid of taste or smell has me certain that it is indeed pulling the wool over people's eyes. If it does work for some, I would say it is because of the placebo effect of also watching what is eaten and reducing food eaten and adding in exercise. For that, one does not even need a supplement.
I did get a reduction of 12 lbs in 7 weeks on two other products by Best Naturals and WaistAway that also combined green tea into the mix.
Even if I add green tea capsules on the side, at the same time as the SUNN Herbal, it still does not work. In fact I have even gained 2 lbs of water weight in the over three weeks that I have been trying this brand.
So, I am giving up on SUNN Herbal and have ordered 2 containers of the WaistAway (or Waist Away) product that had me lose 2 lbs a week for a month and I am not even a very heavy person, but want to lose just 12 lbs more to my lowest weight. I dropped 4 lbs in 3 weeks on Best Naturals and 8 lbs in 4 weeks on the WaistAway product. And then gained 2 lbs on the SUNN Herbal, even without eating any solid food at all for the last three days.
I would advise against buying this as a total waste of money. The other two that did work, did require 3 capsules a day and they did have the right pink colour and smell and taste. The most effective one was WaistAway.
I have been 126-128 lbs for three weeks and I am 5' 6". I got down to the 126 lbs on the other two products. I was 128 today even without eating for three days. A bowel movement is not even possible as I have had no solid food to push anything out. No one can say, I didn't give this a great trial and I would say the manufacturer should totally refund my money. I am NOT saying amazon is at fault, as I did not buy it from here, but I do advise Amazon to carry a more useful product so others are not scammed by the SUNN Herbal manufacturer. I add my review here, in order to help protect unwary, trusting consumers who might think this product will work. I fully agree with the other person who gave it a 1 star. I would like to give it a zero star. Mine was not a tampered with container as it was sealed, so the manufacturer is at fault and any store that sells them should avoid this one, despite it's stated 500 mg amount. What difference is the amount if it has no effect?

I have been using the raspberry ketone for about a month. If I watch what I eat (not pig out) I have been losing weight regularly.

Great product. Always feel full. You have to be careful and remember to eat other meals. I take one in the morning, 30 minutes later I have a smoothie for breakfast. I ordered 2 more bottles. Thankyou

I can't honestly say this product is working for me. For the past six to eight weeks, I have been watching what I ate and on an exercise routine that includes an exercise bike and a Bowflex machine. During this first period of time, I had not stepped on my scale.

I had been taking Raspberry Ketones about three weeks before I stepped on a scale; the week after that I was down two pounds. This week I was only down one - I would have thought my weight loss should have been greater.

To make this a fairer comparison, I probably should have been weighting myself all along. My feeling is, is that I probably would have lost the same amount of weight off Raspberry Ketone as I am currently taking the product.

I have read some reviews, and information, about the increase in hot flashes. I did experience these, but they were manageable.
