This bar is designed to be hooked on an 8"+ thick door frame. My door way frame is just 4"-5" thick and it simply doesn't hold up. I have not seen any residential room has an 8" thick door frame. Besides, the bar joint is not exactly tight-fit after screwed on. It's not a good product. Try something else.

I think the quality is not good enough for adults, can be used for kids. The middle connection joint already bent a little bit after used.

It came on time and is exactly as described.
Easy to assemble and use.
Made me realize how little upper body strength I have, but hopefully this will change that!

The bar looked sturdy and all, but after a few days of chin-ups the two metal bar connecting each other broke off and doesn't stay solid anymore. I can still use it but I always have to make sure the bars are is well connected. I am only 175lb.

This was delivered within expected time, Assembly was pretty easy, although the manual could've had better diagrams or more text to describe it. I liked that it came with a mini wrench to tighten the nuts, so I didn't have to own one myself. My result was a *little* asymmetrical, but it still works well and holds my weight easy. I highly recommend installing the safety catch - it's already stopped mine from falling off my thin door frame. So much fun to be able to hang like a monkey, and get stronger everyday!

Easy to assemble. Fits the doorway. Does everything for you except the chin ups. I would recommend this bar to a friend.
