I love Jillian Michaels period.
I am on week 3 and have already lost 10 pounds. I do not follow the meal plan but I do track my calorie intake. The workouts are doable and fun. The entire casts' and Jillian's physique motivate me so much! Now I have the energy I have been longing to have to play with my very active 2 year old!
