I got it no time, delivery was ok , but this product made me gain weight. i was so looking forward on losing weight and excited but i was disappointed i finished the whole bottle and i am 4 pounds more.

I used this product for a few weeks, I lost body fat but I also had bad kidney pain, and a constant feeling of a urinary track infection. I stopped taking it for noe.

Absolute waste of money. Made no difference in my weight. The delivery was prompt, without any problem. I was very excited about this product but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I had no side-effects with this product. I don't think anyone should waste their money on this product.

Instead of losing wieght I think I actualy have gained. After two weeks lost 1 - 2 pounds. Have gained that plus. HAve used for a month

I've been loving this stuff! I'd been looking for a green coffee extract with Svetol after hearing about it on Dr. Oz, but most of the ones seemed ridiculously overpriced. I was a little worried that this one would have lots of fillers based on the price, but it's very pure, and has been working very well for me so far. I just pop two of the pills before breakfast and dinner, so it's nice and easy to remember to take them. I was a little surprised that the instructions recommended taking four capsules a day, but I suppose that means you can cut back if you need to.

I got these through a special offer and was really excited to try them; I hadn’t seriously considered taking them before, but having read more about them, it’s pretty awesome. I like that the active ingredient doesn't actually have to do with caffeine as I originally thought; basically it uses the bean before it’s roasted (from 20 to 100 mg of caffeine), which increases the caffeine content. So you’re getting only a small amount of caffeine; it doesn’t make you jittery or high strung, and I haven’t had any trouble sleeping even when taking it later in the evening. Instead, you get the benefits of the chlorogenic acid (which you won’t find in a cup of coffee), which burns the glucose and fat in the liver before it can get to build up as fat. So far everything seems good, there aren't any side-effects.

So I've been using these pills for 2 weeks now and they seem to be doing what they claim. My appetite is less and I crave more fruit and veggies rather than sweets. I've only been taking 1 pill a day because I forget to take the other one. I also take a multivitamin and B-Complex as well. I do see an increase in my energy levels and have from maybe the 3rd day of taking these pills. I'll report back, but as of now I am definitely repurchasing these.

About two weeks ago, I received my product in the mail. This was quicker than I expected, so first indications were favourable. The label isn’t quite as informative as I’d like. I am left to conclude that these are 800mg capsules – I think that the label should say this right up front, since it is available in different strengths.
The label promotes a compound called “Svetol”, but without an actual definition of what that is, I was left to assume it’s somehow related to chlorogenic acid - the only other compound referenced on the label. I didn’t actually know what that was, either, but some quick research on the internet explained that it’s an important intermediate in "lignin biosynthesis". Well, I know that lignins contribute to weight gain, so anything that burns them up is probably a good thing. But it would be more helpful if they gave me that information on their label, or as an insert in the packaging.
I’ve not noticed any weight loss that I could attribute to these supplements, but I do seem to have a little bit more pep than usual. I note with interest that the label says two capsules contain the caffeine equivalent of only about half a cup of coffee, so I’m left to conclude that the energy comes from other compounds within the capsule. I suppose it’s reasonable to expect that more pep will encourage more activity, which in turn could translate into burning more calories. That wouldn’t be a reach.
Overall, I’m encouraged by this natural product so far.

I love everything about life food svetol. They have great products. I trust this brand a hundred percent. The supplements are great to use. It has giving me more confidence because of how fast i started to see some bodily changes. As soon as i ordered it it got to me so quick. I love this product and will always use it. I recommend it to everyone to at least give it a try. I hope to repost more results in the future.

I am totally disappointed in this product, The Dr. Oz Show recommended 800MG twice per day. Each capsule has 200 mg in them and each bottle contains 60 capsules at 20.00 per bottle. This was not indicated in the write-up description. So if you follow the fellow on Dr. Oz you would have to take 8 capsules per day. One bottle of of 60 would only last 7 days. There are higher dose capsules sold by other companies. I would suggest you choose one of them. Amazon should be looking after the best interests of their customers and ensuring we are getting the best value for our money. Shame of you, Amazon.ca and next time I will think twice before I buy from Amazon.
