At times some of the writing is a little complex for the subconscious while in trance, so you might consider rewording to suit. For deeper trance, I recommend recording journeys. It is a wonderful opportunity to clear the heart, and connect with the wisdom inside you - and it's great fun! You get out of this book what you put in.
