While I did receive the book in good condition (oddly enough it took almost 3 weeks to get it and it was shipped locally...) - the book is actually "Advance reading copy not for sale" it upsets me to have paid money for something that it should have not been made a profit on- as the author or the publisher don't make money. For the same reason - it was printed on poor quality paper and it is the "not corrected proof"...
Disappointed.
