This tablet works well but when I tried to open the case to get a serial number for Technical Assistance at Toshiba the glass front cracked. It cracked because the front flexes when you try to open it . It is very difficult to access the serial number. Wouldn't you know it? The one thing not covered in the warranty is the glass front. I found Toshiba EXTREMELY frustrating to deal with trying to get the cover replaced. They would not even give me an estimate to replace the glass. My next purchase will be a Playbook.
