This review is from: Master Shots Volume 2: Shooting Great Dialogue Scenes (Paperback)
Having enjoyed Volume 1 like crazy, I instantly purchased Volume 2. Even if you don't carry it around on set with you like a cinematic playbook, it's still very useful to get the brain juices flowing when planning your shots or even in the writing phase. It uses concrete examples from actual films to explain how different shots can be achieved and even more importantly, why you would use a certain shot. Do yourself a favour and get this book (And Volume 1).
