Lovely deep fryer. Keeps a consistent heat, basket hold just enough, comes apart for easy cleaning. Really does stay cool to the touch. We are a family of 5, so we could have bought a bigger deep fryer, but I love this size. It stores well and doesn't take up too much space on the counter when in use. Seems to be built well. The timer would be my only issue, it isn't that accurate. Of course it can't compare to a digital timer anyway, so I don't use it.
