This review is from: Tall, Dark & Hungry (Argeneau Novels) (Mass Market Paperback)
I'd been looking for this book for quite a while, as I've read all of the other books in the series and really enjoyed them. I was very disappointed.
I found that this book is a departure from the others. Lyndsay Sands prefaces the book with how she was writing this book while dating her husband and that some scenes are "familiar". Maybe that set a bad tone for me.
I found that the book was a series of scenes that didn't forward the plot, didn't develop the characters, or even their relationship. There was little to no tension of any kind in the book to carry me through, and I struggled to finish the book. I'm sure Lyndsay and her husband will enjoy the book for their memories, but I was not impressed.
