I'm not a big cook, but my thinking was that if I got this set it might inspire me. It has. But more to the point, if you are "on the fence" about dropping $400 (sale price) on these volumes,it is worth it for the aesthetic that it adds to your kitchen alone.

I have literally had women's faces light up when they see these books, and they get super flirty. I had sex with a sexy female drummer on the kitchen table next to these books about a week after I got them. She thought that I was a real man for throwing down on such beautiful cookbooks.
