This review is from: Taxman Is Watching (Paperback)
It is my opinion that the arguments in the Taxman is Watching are valid. One doesn't have to subscribe to Dominion Tax Cases to discover problems in dealing with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). For people like me, with a poor knowledge of the law and an even poorer knowledge of how CRA is going to respond - this is a valuable book.Paul and Philippe DioGuardi could have told many horror stories about clients dealing with the CRA. They didn't. Instead they gave a balanced and reasonable legal approach to dealing with tax problems. I noticed that the Queen's University Library (The William R. Lederman Law Library) has a copy. There has also been a request that the University of Saskatchewan Law Library purchase a copy. My prediction is that as time goes on, there will be more and more copies of this book in law libraries, and public libraries, across Canada. |
