This review is from: South of 49: The Canadian Guide to Buying Residential Real Estate in the United States (Hardcover)
This book could (and should) be no more than 30 pages long. Most, if not all, of the useful information was pulled off websites or other books. The rest is detailed info about conversations the character Ted had on his trips to the states - and convincing his wife to come. Ted talks about the line up at the airport, the drive in a taxi (and everything it passed), and going to watch a basketball game in Phoenix. He also goes on and on about his daughter and what she want's to do while in the states, which would be great if this wasn't a book about buying property. If you know NOTHING about real-estate (like the character Ted) and prefer long drawn-out stories -> this is YOUR book.
