If you absolutely must take a look at this, as I felt compelled, check it out at the public library first. Very, very poor content. He offers simpleton solutions of his own that are absurd and he's simply not an authority on the topics he mentions. This book is highly dangerous and SHOULD NOT BE PURCHASED. There are several much better books out there and if you are interested in more information ask your Doctor to refer you to a REGISTERED DIETITIAN.
