This review is from: The Art of Wedding Photography: Professional Techniques with Style (Paperback)
I bought this book because of a reference to it in another wedding photo book review ... it's terribly disappointing!

Clearly written by a non-photographer, this book contains gems like: Be sure to take a couple of lenses (duh!), and "too many photographers ... photograph an entire wedding at f8 1/125th of a second with only one lens" (not ones that are still in business). It's technically way out of date with references to film types and processing, and even recommends shooting infra-red black and white film at e.i. 1600 (which might work if you were shooting toaster elements instead of people ... I'd recommend about five stops more exposure than that). The book is loaded with cliche's that mean little.

Some of the examples photos are good, but very few are spectacular.

Generally speaking, my advice would be to find a more modern book, even if your target market is more mature.
