A great cookbook,

Some of the recipes are ones that you just use the crockpot to mix the ingredients, which seems kind of silly to me to have included in the cookbook, but whatever.'
Otherwise the recipes are easy to assemble, easy to follow, and taste great. It is very compatible with South Beach Diet or other low-carb diets as each recipe lists the amount of carbs, and other facts. If you're on phase 1 of South Beach, you have an idea of how many carbs you should be ingesting each meal, so you can flip through and find a recipe based on that.
I'm really happy with my purchase.
