Too easy Dec 28 2011

Fun:
This game was a gift for my 5 year old. She played it, but it was very easy and boring. The connect the dots was from 1-10, paint by number was a drop and fill, no level choices and no drawing. It would be OK for my 3 year old, but even she would be finished with it in a day or two. Not at all what I expected. I am very disappointed with this game. It will be going to a used game store less than a week after receiving it :(

I purchased this for my 4 yr old princess who loves to draw and color. She loves this and would stay on it all day if I would let her! The studio is awesome and not only does it let her do the art that she likes it also teaches her and gives her new ideas! Everyone in my house uses this and I cant wait to buy more titles for it!
I like the concept but the control setup is clumsy... Jan. 15 2013

I bought this game for my youngest daughter 18 years old. She is learning challenged and after reading some of the other reviews I thought this would be a perfect fit for her developmental age.
At first i found it almost impossible to start the game... I had to pull the wii remote out of the games tablet so the IR could access the game in the wii's select screen... After starting the game could be played with the remote in its position.
Had the game been desinged for children to connect the dots using prompts verses numbers my daughter may have found it more enjoyable. She was able to navigate through the game as it was point and click in many cases, but because she can not read she found it frustrating what to do next. Simply highlighting the area to be clicked or sparkles, or a gentle pulsing would have gone a long way to helping younger children and non readers to enjoy this game more.
I hope this helps others who are deciding a purchase, not to scare you away, but to inform you of what make your child not play this!

Awesome product and price March 18 2014

This was a normally $90+ product that I bought for under $30, from a warehouser. Nevertheless, it had Amazon Prime, and it was brand new. It was cheap just because the box was scuffed. I couldn't believe it but it was true.

The game is a living storybook, with an expertly narrated voice which incorporates the player as something like the main character of the story. Every page is a part of the story, and a drawing game. You must draw to complete the objective, to move to the next page. It's gorgeous. I got it for a six year old but I wanted to keep doing it myself.
Fun, while it lasts July 25 2012

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas since she always wants to play video games, loves the princesses and loves to color. She played with it maybe 5 times before the tablet broke. I am a video game fanatic and she played with it under my supervision. It wasn't thrown or dropped about. Just suddenly the connector stopped working. I thought it was my wii-motes, but they continue to work fine with the nunchuk, just the tablet refuses to work. Really unhappy since for the price I could have gotten my daughter a Kinect and it would have lasted longer.
