Brilliant idea, and great simple decision method. Welch provides several good examples of it's application - which are worthy. I would have appreciated some more empirical evidence. A few stats, to indicate that this has worked well in decision making - in general. Although I enjoyed the various examples, they were all anecdotal. In that regard, the examples could have been more succinct, shortening the book.
Full marks for the concept. It is an exceptional decision making method.
