Anemone 'Mr Fokker': 'Mr Fokker' throws up large rich blue saucer-shaped flowers from feathery foliage. Once received these tubers should be soaked overnight in cool water and then planted shallowly (3-4 cm deep). They should be left undisturbed to form thick clumps, to develop and for seedlings to grow on. These Anemones are ideal for mixing and matching with our other available types: Anemone White Splendour: The White Splendour will bear large, pure white flowers in spring and will be certain to produce a superb carpet of white if left to multiply over the years to come. Anemone De Caen: The multi-coloured, single, De Caen Anemones are well-known cut-flowers available almost all year round. Anemone coronaris 'Hollandia': Produces bright red poppy-like flowers, each with an inner ring of white around a prominent dark centre. Fabulous in containers, rockeries or borders. Anemone 'The Bride': Large white flowers. If planted in early winter it will flower in spring or if planted in late winter it will flower in mid-summer. Anemone 'Lord Lieutenant': A clear violet blue double with a heavenly colour. Perfect for potting, surrounding a pond or just by your doorstep. Anemone 'Mount Everest': Looks much like a daisy and is similarly useful in the garden. It's a winner for containers, bedding or the base of small trees. Anemone blanda 'Charmer': A spreading perennial with dark green leaves and solitary, starry pink flowers with a white centre. Excellent ground cover as large clumps are quickly formed. Anemone blanda 'Pink Star': This variety has low growing pink shaded flowers which shimmer close to the ground in the March winds. Anemone 'St Brigid': With double blossoms sporting bunches of petals, Saint Brigid is an exuberant addition to your garden. Plant en masse to enjoy a vibrant mix of colors.
