Product Description

Note: Currently, Kindle Magazines doesn't support certain formats (iPad, iPhone, and more) with subscriptions. However, these formats are supported when purchasing individual issues. Until this situation is resolved, 2600 is providing each individual issue here as a Kindle Book and at the Amazon-set individual issue price. We hope to see subscriptions enabled soon on these devices and will keep our readers informed every step of the way.

HASH(0xa094ffc0) out of 5 stars EXCELLENT! April 22 2011

I'm really glad that the 2600 crew have decided to offer this seminal quarterly as a 'book' for Kindle on Amazon.

Other things: This issue really got the love. It has a magazine's 'table of contents' format -- if you're on the iPad, the closest thing to it, and of the same standard is _The Economist_ app. And they had to make an App to do the same experience.

That this is NOT an App but with much the same user experience is a testament to the 2600 crew. Kudos!

HASH(0xa0f64204) out of 5 stars LOVE you guys! April 22 2011

I was so disappointed when I was not able to pick up the recent issue of 2600 on my Kindle app on iPad. I am moving away from deadtree and try to exclusively purchase ebook formats. I am very excited you have decided to make issues available in this way. I look forward to each and every issue and always manage to reap both entertainment and educational information from each issue.

I have been reading 2600 magazine in hard copy for several years. It's hard to find locally and I prefer reading it on my Kindle.I been a techie for most of my adult life and hacking interests me. If you're not hacker or have no interest in hacking of any kind, you may not be interested in 2600.

I've been reading 2600 since I was in highschool, and every issue is packed with more technical knowledge to add to my belt.
