HASH(0xa3b3a6d8) out of 5 stars Are you kidding ? Nov. 8 2009
By David Mann - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
There is allot of information that I knew already and some things I didn't.
The reason I am so mad is the this whole book is an advertisement to make you
buy the $97 DVD and only there he will give you his real secret. So this is
a complete waste of $10.17 and 3 hours of reading to realize that
the information for how to get rid of my pain is not even there. 3 hour of my
time is $120 Dollar mister Jesse Cannone .. David

HASH(0xa49d4b54) out of 5 stars This book is a joke Oct. 11 2009
By GeorgiaPeach - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This is nothing more than a long form advertisement. There is NO useful information here. Inversion therapy can relieve back pain. The author would love to sell you one. Muscle balance therapy is also proven to relieve back ailments, if you perform the correct stretches and exercises. What are those exercises? You won't find it here. However, the author has a kit he would love to sell you. Within the pages of this slim book, there is nothing that will help you cure your back pain.

HASH(0xa381a7e0) out of 5 stars Waste of time and money Sept. 12 2012
By E. Warner - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This book was a complete waste of time and money. It did give explanations on different treatments and how they work but it didn't give any "cure". Though it explains what muscle imbalances are, and the action plans suggest Muscle-Balance therapy, it never tells you how to determine where those individual imbalances are nor how to correct them. No stretches were ever listed. The previous reviews that praised the stretches must have purchased something in addition to the book because there aren't any listed in the book itself. It gives several web links for further information - links that largely want more $$$ to buy more products. If I could get a refund I would because this was a complete waste of money. You'll find more helpful information doing web searches on your own. This book is going directly into the garbage as I wouldn't feel good about ripping someone else off by selling it.

HASH(0xa3ca05a0) out of 5 stars Just one long advertisement Nov. 3 2009
By R. Lester - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
While it may be true that many of the products you can buy through this book may help you, this book itself is a waste of time - I don't understand why they put themselves into a position where they will alienate so many of their readers by offering page after page of advertisements and calling it a cure - don't waste your money on the shipping fee - this left a bad taste for the whole website

HASH(0xa3d4d1c8) out of 5 stars And the Cure Is...Buy My Products! July 31 2010
By ReaderDiva - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
If you insist on reading this book, don't buy it here. Go to the website lose the back pain dot com. But don't do the deal where you pay $5.99 shipping. Go through checkout, but then cancel. Don't pay ANYTHING for this book. Wait a week, and the author will send you an email giving you the PDF for free. Then don't print it out. Don't waste paper. Skim through it, and you will see that this book has at least two ads (he uses links, but they're ads) per page, usually three, for his products. No real information, just links to buy his products.

This is an advertisement, not a book.

There is NO INFORMATION HERE.

This is a come-on to buy his very expensive "kit" to heal your back pain. Also his inversion table, his cream, his supplements, and a bunch of other crap you don't need and that probably doesn't work.

If you have back pain and want exercises to help, I've successfully used Pete Egoscue's book Pain Free without having to buy any of his products. I thought I'd check out this book, but I won't buy any of this charlatan's products.

This is a complete rip-off, not a book. Don't waste your money. And don't spend more money on his products; there are good products out there, but why would you trust this guy when his "book" is nothing but a rip-off to sell you crap?
